Progressive Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: May o7, 2026

Everyone deserves access to healthcare information — regardless of disability, assistive technology, or how they browse the web. At Progressive Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, we are committed to making sure our website is welcoming and easy to use for all of our patients and visitors.

That means we actively work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the recognized standard for accessible websites. We don’t rely on automated overlays or widgets to meet that standard. We fix the underlying code.

What We Do

To keep our site accessible, we:

  • Conduct regular automated accessibility tools
  • Engage a human tester who uses assistive technology daily to review our pages each month
  • Review new content and images as they are added to the site
  • Check that keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility are working correctly
  • Have our website monitored by ADA Digital Defense as part of our ongoing accessibility maintenance.

Having Trouble with Our Site?

If you run into any problems accessing our website — a page that isn’t loading correctly with your screen reader, an image you can’t get a description for, a form that’s difficult to complete — please let us know. We take these reports seriously and will work to resolve them promptly.

When you reach out, it helps to include:

  • The page address (URL) where you experienced the issue
  • A brief description of what happened
  • The assistive technology or browser you were using, if you know it
  • Your preferred contact information so we can follow up with you
