Exercise
Improve strength and endurance for functional activity, as well as increase range of motion, relieve stiffness, increase flexibility, and reduce pain.

Pilates
Passive movements of the joints of your body in specific directions.

Functional Fitness
Training muscles to work together simulating daily tasks and common movements.

Electrical Stimulation
Controlled electrical currents to increase muscle strength and reduce pain.

ASTYM
Soft tissue treatment to regenerate healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.) and remove unwanted scar tissue.

Ultrasound
Ultrasonic sound waves applied over the involved area to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and aid healing of the tissue and tendons.

Cold Laser
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) to treat inflammation, provide deep tissue therapy, and accelerate pain relief.

Moist Heat
Deep heat increases circulation, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles/soft tissues, and prepares tissue for other treatments.

Cold/Ice
Reduce swelling, inflammation, and muscle spasms.

Kinesio Tape
Kinesis taping is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to the muscles and joints.

Whirlpool
Improve circulation, maintain clear wounds, or control inflammation.

Epely Manuever
Highly effective treatment for BPPV vestibular disorder. Often reduces the symptoms of vertigo in just one or two sessions.

Computerized Balance Training
More robust testing that is quicker and more efficient resulting in faster recoveries using personalized treatment plans that are more enjoyable and fun.

Lymphedema Bandaging
One element of complete decongestive therapy treatment to help eliminate the accumulation of lymphatic fluid that leads to swelling. Can be used on the arm, leg, or upper body.

Manual Lymph Drainage
A type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymphatic system following a build up of fluid.
