Have you tried physical therapy in the past without success? We may be able to help. Many of our patients find relief and success with us when others have failed, even after four or five attempts at therapy.
We schedule longer visits, so we can listen to you and create a plan based on your needs. Each visit is scheduled with the same therapist ensuring continuity of care and nobody is left alone to do exercise by themselves in the corner of the office. In 2012, the State of California mandated that all physical therapist take continuing education courses. We have been taking courses for over a decade and continue to bring the most evidenced based treatments into our offices. This is one reason why we succeed when others fail.
Progressive Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is part of a nationally recognized network of privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinics. Each clinic must meet rigorous practice standards. We participate in outcomes measure surveys such as FOTO (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes) which measures our treatment effectiveness against other clinics.
In addition to orthopedic and sport rehabilitation care available at both clinics, at our Orange office, we provide lymphedema management and oncological rehabilitation. At our Costa Mesa clinic we provide vestibular rehabilitation, computerized balance testing and training, concussion management, and pilates.

Our commitment to our patients and the community is our driving force. When we ask who you are and how we can help, we mean it. What Our Patients Say?
I had back surgery and came to Progressive post operative. I was very ambivalent to move and do physical therapy. They made me feel comfortable from the start.
I have been with Progressive for 4 years now. Kim is great, knowledgeable and committed to her patients. Soon after a total knee replacement, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and developed Lymphedema. Kim and her crew were there for me and rehabbed me through my lymphedema and reconstructive surgery. I feel fortunate to have Kim and the PPT family to help me get through this time of my life.
My neurologist highly recommended PPT about 3 years ago and now I will never go anywhere else for rehab, even though there are closer facilities. Efficiency abounds through out. Over the past 45 years I have experienced several rehab facilities and this surpasses all the others in quality of care and knowledge of the human body.
Not only is Kim an excellent physical therapist, she is also an expert in rehabilitating head and neck cancer patients. Post treatment rehabilitation is critical for patients to recover lost function due to radiation or surgery. Kim is one of the few therapists that treat this and I am extremely satisfied with what she did for me and my condition. I highly recommend her.
